Local residents have been dismayed to discover from surveyors out and about on the Park Farm Estate, that the area they are currently surveying for Barratts Homes, is far larger than the officially designated site, and involves plans for 1500 houses, not the 500-600 proposed by the South Glos Core Strategy. Is this over-optimistic developpers, or is there more to the South Glos plans than meets the eye?
